BRegulars to Goodies II know that once you see something you like, you buy it, because the next time you come, it most likely will no longer be there. A favorite of locals shoppers and interior designers, Goodies II has been a fixture of Scituate Harbor since opening in 2005.
Owner Sandy Johnson, herself a fixture of the community as much as the shop, opened the original Goodies in 1994 in Billerica, transitioning from a career in criminal justice to open the business she loves. After spending a few summers vacationing in Scituate, she and her family decided to relocate here full time – taking the business with them. A true family operation, Goodies II sources its products from all along the East Coast, finding unique wares you are sure to treasure.
The result is an eclectic mix of antiques and oddities, from jewelry and nautical accents to home décor and furniture to driftwood art and pieces by local artisans. By design, no items are available for longer than 60 days at a time, but typically they won’t last even that long. Local shoppers stop by weekly to take advantage of what’s fresh, which at Goodies II, is almost everything.
Whether you’re searching for something to remember your trip to Scituate, a unique piece for you home, or a special gift for a friend, something at Goodies II is bound to catch your eye.
